HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and motivated HR professional to join our company and contribute to enhancing our HR team's effectiveness. The ideal candidate will assist the HR Director in establishing best practices for processes and automating functions. Key Responsibilities:

1. HR administration (supporting Bayzat HR system, drafting contracts, policies and other HR related documents, monitoring legislative changes in KSA and UAE, implementing changes in the organization);
2. Performance management and monitoring (performance review, 360 degrees review, OKR monitoring);
3. General HR admin tasks (administering leave and dismissal, ensuring implementation of T&D and other HR related policies);

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Arabic language will be a plus;
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist is ideal, with at least 2 years of experience;
3. Experience working with HR systems;
4. Understanding of HR legislation in the UAE;
5. Proactive approach to monitoring and implementing changes;
6. Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures;
7. Outstanding proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace;
8. Desire to work collaboratively with a results-driven approach;
9. Understanding of event management is a plus;
10. Knowledge of how to conduct performance reviews, 360-degree reviews, and/or experience in conducting them.
