Acts as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
Administers employee benefits and leaves.
Ensures that the leave plans of all employees are well-organized and recorded.
Administers HR documents such as Salary certificates, Salary transfer letters, Employment Certificates, etc.
Makes sure that the Visa process of employees is up to date by coordinating with the PRO.
Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including construction of Job Descriptions, managing job ads/recruitment, selection process, hiring, and interviewing applicants together with the department heads.
