Job Description

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Source potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g. professional forums like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster etc.)
• IT Recruitment and Non-IT recruitment, Fintech, BFSI recruitment
• Design and update job descriptions
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Managing the offer process and onboarding new hires
• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
• Need experience in negotiating with the candidates
