Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive Learning & Development to join our client's team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's learning and development programs. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement learning and development programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify training needs through performance evaluations, employee feedback, and consultation with managers.
  3. Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for employees at all levels.
  4. Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and other resources.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure all training records are up to date.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and source external training providers when necessary.
  8. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  9. Support the performance management process by providing guidance and training to managers and employees.
  10. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training programs.
  11. Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to learning and development.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to learning and development.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
  3. Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and best practices.
  4. Experience in designing and delivering training programs for various levels of employees.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
  8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
