Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Source qualified candidates for the opening positions using the most effective channels and methods.
  2. Post job ads and organize resumes and job applications.
  3. Arrange interviews in accordance with panel member’s availability.
  4. Ensure background and reference checks are completed.
  5. Complete the joining formalities including LOA and documentation required as per UAE government rules and regulations.
  6. Orient new employees to the organization.
  7. Create, maintain and update all new and existing employee details in Oracle.
  8. Oversee the completion of employee's probation period and confirmation documentation.
  9. Maintain the HR Database and regularly update the personnel information.
  10. Maintain employee personnel filing system and ensure it’s up to date.
  11. Assist with the duties related to performance appraisal.
  12. Maintain JD Database and ensure it’s up to date.
  13. Monitor daily attendance of all group employees from all locations including head office.
  14. Make note of the following and update the same to Senior HR Executive:
    1. Late Comers
    2. Staff availing sick leave on regular basis
  15. Monthly Payroll Processing - Prepare payroll reports, reconcile data on salary changes, deductions, air passage, and advance salary adjustments.
  16. Generate the following reports on a monthly basis: Birthday list, New Joinee list, Probation list, and separated list.
  17. Undertake support tasks of the Admin department in the absence of the admin assistant.
  18. Serve as a point of contact for timely resolution of HR related queries from employees and stakeholders.
  19. Assist HR Manager in all core HR related activities and day-to-day operations.
  20. Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.

  1. Experienced HR professional with a strong background in Talent Acquisition and Payroll Processing.
  2. Proven experience in talent acquisition.
  3. Expertise in payroll management.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ready to join immediately.
