Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)

Job Description:

  1. Support HRBP teams in all Geos for job posting & quality sourcing candidates
  2. Liaise with Functional Heads & Senior Managers to gather requirements for senior roles
  3. Schedule Interviews for all Open positions assigned
  4. Negotiate & close offers within Budget. Reduce Replacement cost globally
  5. Reduce TAT for closing positions. Avg TAT for closure -
  6. Ensure to comply with all country's Labor laws & regulations. 100% compliance
  7. Support HRBP teams in closing all audit findings related to recruitment
  8. Coordinate with HRBP team for new joiner pass applications & other employee details relevant for smooth onboarding
  9. MIS - Update & Maintain recruitment tracker regularly for all Geos (keep records of all positions - Academic/ Non Academic; New/ Replacement; Source of hire; TAT etc.)
  10. Engage with vendors for Background verifications & Job portals for annual subscriptions
  11. Ensure timely payment of vendors
  12. Assess various recruitment & ATS Platforms
