Support HRBP teams in all Geos for job posting & quality sourcing candidates
Liaise with Functional Heads & Senior Managers to gather requirements for senior roles
Schedule Interviews for all Open positions assigned
Negotiate & close offers within Budget. Reduce Replacement cost globally
Reduce TAT for closing positions. Avg TAT for closure -
Ensure to comply with all country's Labor laws & regulations. 100% compliance
Support HRBP teams in closing all audit findings related to recruitment
Coordinate with HRBP team for new joiner pass applications & other employee details relevant for smooth onboarding
MIS - Update & Maintain recruitment tracker regularly for all Geos (keep records of all positions - Academic/ Non Academic; New/ Replacement; Source of hire; TAT etc.)
Engage with vendors for Background verifications & Job portals for annual subscriptions
