Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee employee performance management, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
- Assist PRO in all visa related matters.
- Payroll processing, leave settlement, final settlement.
