Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
Oversee employee performance management, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
Assist PRO in all visa related matters.
Payroll processing, leave settlement, final settlement.
