HR Executive

Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our esteemed client's team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Your efforts will significantly contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Manage employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Monitor employee engagement and conduct surveys to gather feedback on workplace improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employment and employee rights.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in a corporate environment preferably Oil and Gas industry / Industrial Engineering firms.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in a regional or multicultural HR environment.
