Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance, and performance management. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage HR policies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
    Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with hiring managers.
    Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation.
    Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration.
  2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
    Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
    Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and team-building activities.
    Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  3. Payroll & Compensation:
    Ensure accurate payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and benefits.
    Assist in salary structure formulation and compensation management.
  4. Compliance & HR Policies:
    Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
    Keep records updated for audits and legal requirements.
    Ensure adherence to company policies and suggest improvements.
  5. Performance Management & Training:
    Assist in performance evaluation cycles and feedback sessions.
    Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  6. HR Administration:
    Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    Generate reports related to HR metrics and analytics.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  6. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
