Job Description:

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join a reputed polyclinic in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
2. Manage HR policies, payroll coordination, and employee benefits
3. Oversee performance management and training programs
4. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations
5. Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting
2. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
