HR Executive

The HR Executive / Generalist will play a vital role in leading all HR operations, ensuring our dedicated workforce, primarily made up of blue-collar employees, is managed effectively. This position will concentrate on vital areas such as recruitment, fostering employee relations, ensuring compliance, facilitating training, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management of Visas Renewal and Cancellation, and Insurance
2. Oversight of Payroll & Benefits, with a focus on employee Retention
3. Ensuring Legal Compliance in accordance with labor laws
4. Leading Recruitment and Staffing initiatives

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
2. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in various situations
3. Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices
4. Indian male, fluent in Hindi
5. Familiarity with UAE labor laws
