Responsibilities
- Daily follow up on existing customers for sales prospects and handle the major customer accounts directly.
- Identify and add new Dealer/Fleet Customers to the organization as per company policy.
- Monitor competitors' pricing and activities and share insights with the Line Manager.
- Identify potential customers and product introductions.
- Negotiate prices with customers and close deals.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to ensure that customer demands are fulfilled on time.
- Follow up with customers for timely collections.
- Keep up-to-date information pertaining to products and competitors’ activities.
- Prepare market intelligence reports along with countermeasures and submit to the Line Manager.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, finalize, and align marketing strategies with management and the marketing department.
Analyze sales trends regularly and prepare recovery action plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years’ experience with a proven record in selling tyres and automotive allied products in the UAE.
- Thorough knowledge about the UAE tyre market and customers in all segments.
- Capability to continuously deliver consistent results to achieve agreed targets.
- Ability to execute directions and meet the requirements of management and the organization.
- Effective communication skills to persuade the team in a challenging work environment.
A valid UAE driving license is required.
