Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure labor law compliance (ESI, PF) and maintain records.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize training sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for outsourced staff.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in HR, preferably in facilities management.
  • Skills: HR policies, labor laws, payroll processing, strong communication.
