Job Description
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for carrying out various HR functions to support the organization's overall objectives. Your role will involve recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill job openings. Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding new employees, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions. You will also play a key role in managing employee relations, handling grievances, and promoting a positive work culture. Collaborating with other departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with previous experience in HR roles, will be preferred.
