Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system.
Manage timely and accurate monthly payroll.
Assist in the administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in the monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and statutory requirements.
