HR Executive

Supports the people operations team in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Good Understanding of UAE labour Laws.

Business Partner with Business Unit Heads for day-to-day operations.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Talent Management which includes onboarding and exit processes.

Plays a part in nurturing a positive working environment and culture.

Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system.

Manage timely and accurate monthly payroll.

Assist in the administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Assist in the monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and statutory requirements.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's in Human Resources.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
3. HR knowledge with a demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
