Position: HR Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in the overall success of our company by overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and a proven track record of solving complex HR challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
  2. Develop effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
  3. Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with all government laws and regulations related to employment.
  4. Implement and oversee performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and support to employees.
  5. Develop and implement training and development programs to continuously enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  6. Act as a resource for employees on a variety of HR-related topics, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
  7. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  10. Prepare and report on HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices.
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  6. Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex HR issues.
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service mindset.
  9. Proficient in HR software and systems.
  10. HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
