Role Overview

Reporting to the VP HR & CSR, you are a key business partner in our matrix organizations. Being in charge of the region MEAAA, you have an active HR role in a multi-country scope (China, India, Singapore, Dubai & Bahrein).

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage the processes of Talent Attraction & Retention, Employer branding, Learning, Performance, Payroll, DIB & CSR.
  2. Support key business strategic objectives, developments, and organizational changes.
  3. Define & implement Labor Relations strategy and standards at country level and maintain a constructive climate.
  4. Drive the implementation, communication, and compliance of HR policies, procedures, processes, and initiatives at country level.
  5. Actively support and advise management teams.
  6. Promote diversity and sustainability in MEAAA.
  7. Ensure full legal compliance with labor laws.
  8. Promote initiatives to develop employee engagement.
  9. Translate business strategies into regional HR plans with a data-driven approach.
  10. Collaborate with corporate/business area HR teams to implement group initiatives.
  11. Develop HR operational excellence based on group standards.
  12. Manage compensation and benefit schemes at country level – aligned with group rules.
  13. Contribute to group projects and international HR network.
  14. Anticipate people impacts linked to business plans (workforce planning) and organizational changes (restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, etc.).
  15. Ensure the consistency and reliability of the payroll system.

Profile

With a master's degree / MBA (5-year diploma or equivalent experience), you have at least 10 years of progressive HR experience up to a managerial position. Experience in a multicultural country is a must. You are recognized for your leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated written, verbal, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities that allow you to communicate ideas, rules, and programs effectively and confidently to all levels of the organization.

With a strong analytical approach and problem-solving capacities, this position is for a rigorous, responsive person motivated by people development and committed to business success. You are known for your professional competency and personal integrity, as well as your strong organizational capability and change management capacity. Fluent in English, you are available for 50% business trips.
