We are seeking an HR Director to manage and enhance the company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices within a fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development and Implementation: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of the fintech company. - Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to ensure best HR practices are applied.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: - Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates. - Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Relations and Performance Management: - Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives and effective communication. - Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
Learning and Development: - Identify training needs and create learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance. - Organize and oversee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Compensation and Benefits: - Manage and evaluate the company’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity. - Conduct regular salary surveys and make recommendations for adjustments.
Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the fintech industry. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR risks.
HR Analytics and Reporting: - Use HR metrics and analytics to assess HR processes and performance. - Prepare and present reports on HR activities and metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in fintech or technology companies.
- Proven experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of fintech industry trends and their impact on HR practices.
- Knowledge of HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
