Job Description: Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
Spearhead change management and organizational transformation with regional impact
Work closely with regional leadership to comprehend goals and challenges
Customize HR initiatives and processes to address specific needs
Act as a strategic advisor and HR Business Partner to executives and managers, offering guidance on key HR topics and the swift rollout of management tools, including target bonus systems and performance-based compensation procedures
Oversee the deployment of global and regional HR systems in the region that align with the needs of the business, employees, shareholders, and internal stakeholders
Ensure HR process development is in sync with headquarters, maintaining consistency and integration of regional practices
Manage the steering and coordination of HR standards, such as headcount, budget planning, top management performance processes, and organizational development
Take responsibility for professional development in line with global guidelines, fostering talent and leadership growth
Create, develop, and implement local and group policies in collaboration with corporate HR, ensuring legal compliance and best practices
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process for top management positions, ensuring the attraction of high-caliber talent
Oversee and improve the employee benefits package, including medical plans, travel, and life insurance, to maintain competitiveness and employee satisfaction
Ensure clear and effective HR communication within the region and with headquarters, promoting transparency and alignment across the organization
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
At least 12 years of HR experience in a multinational business environment, including a minimum of three years in the MEA region
Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English
Expertise in HR structural optimization, with a focus on organizational efficiency and cost management
Demonstrated proficiency in HR analytics and operations, including compensation, benefits, organizational design, and job structuring
A proven track record in leading and executing successful change management and organizational transformation initiatives
Experience navigating matrix organizational structures and adapting to diverse corporate cultures
Commitment to fostering workplace diversity, with a history of enhancing staff diversity in terms of nationality and cultural backgrounds
Knowledgeable about regional HR legal requirements and HR trends
Service-oriented approach, complemented by an engaging and reliable personality
Ability to maintain composure and deliver results under pressure and within tight deadlines
Willingness to exceed job requirements and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
