Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Provide counsel and guidance to the CEO and executive team on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the hiring process.
  • Implement best practices for candidate selection, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful integration into the organization.
  • Develop retention strategies, including employee engagement initiatives, career development programs, and recognition initiatives, to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and employee development planning.
  • Implement systems and tools to track and measure employee performance, identify high performers, and address performance gaps.
  • Develop and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, competencies, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices, and oversee HR audits and investigations as needed.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, health and wellness benefits, and retirement plans.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategic HR initiatives and business decisions.
