The HR Director will also play a key role in talent acquisition and retention strategies, employee training and development programs, and performance management systems. Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent in the accounting industry.
  3. Oversee and enhance performance management systems to drive employee engagement.
  4. Lead employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  6. Manage employee relations issues, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  7. Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as HR Director or in a similar senior HR role, preferably in the accounting industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent leadership and people management skills with a collaborative approach.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and programs.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
