Position: HR Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Develop HR strategies for Emiratization.
2. Oversee talent management and ensure compliance with labor laws.
3. Promote a diverse workplace for UAE Nationals.
4. Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
5. Design and implement HR strategies and training programs.
6. Manage visa and work permit activities.
7. Provide HR advisory services.
8. Enhance employee engagement through diversity initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Mandatory UAE experience and knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
