HR Director
The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. Key responsibilities may include:
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics. Professional HR certifications are a plus. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
