Job description

HR Coordinator / Personal Assistant (PA) – Chairman’s Office

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / PA to manage HR and administrative tasks related to the Chairman’s private household staff and to provide support for other small business entities under his portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and HR records for household staff
  • Provide admin support including visa processing, ticket bookings, and coordination with the internal admin team
  • Support the Chairman’s other personal and business-related entities with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion
  • Be available for important updates or calls after business hours when needed

Requirements:

  • UAE experience is a must
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • A valid UAE driving license and access to a car would be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in HR coordination and/or as a PA is preferred
