Responsibilities:

Conducting activities and lessons based on ESL teaching methodologies.

1. Encouraging and engaging students to speak in English.
2. Motivating students and using humor to induce a pleasant learning environment.
3. Maximizing students’ talk time through oral tests and presentations.
4. Displaying excellent classroom management.
5. Keeping accurate records of student performance.
6. Communicating with the Department Head or Principal, as needed.
7. Maintaining standardized guidelines.
