Our client is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team in Dubai.
Job Purpose:
The HR Coordinator will oversee and manage all HR-related tasks for outsourced employees, ensuring smooth communication, compliance with company policies, and timely resolution of employee concerns. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR processes to support the workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all outsourced employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Handle onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, leaves, benefits, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
- Coordinate with department heads and clients to resolve employee performance or behavioral issues.
- Oversee the renewal of visas, work permits, and employment contracts for outsourced employees.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime approvals.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, payroll, and compliance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination, preferably in an outsourcing or staffing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing outsourced employees or working in an outsourcing company.
- Familiarity with visa processing and compliance in the region.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
