We are looking for a people-focused administrator/coordinator to join our amazing HR team, based in our Head Office in Dubai. Our HR Coordinators are responsible for the following:
Employee annual, biannual and exit flight bookings and reimbursements, business travel, accommodation arrangements, and transportation, if required.
Maintaining both digital and hard copies of employee records and transactions.
Assisting with attendance, payroll reports, leave settlements, deductions, and communication with line managers.
Administering the medical insurance plan, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Providing employee requests for salary certificates, employment certificates, NOC, Salary Transfer Letter, etc.
Completing employee documents for payroll bank account opening and coordinating with bank representatives for the issuance.
To be considered for this role, you will possess strong English communication skills. You will be an expert in Excel and have strong organizational skills, comfortable handling multiple projects and tasks at once.
