Job description


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with onboarding including communicating with candidates through the onboarding process, sending new hire information to new employees and tracking onboarding documents
  • Sending and tracking pre-employment screenings
  • Communicating with internal recruiting team and hiring managers on candidate’s onboarding status
  • Responsible supporting HR Operations team with managing Workday workflow
  • Making compensation changes in system including title, pay and department changes
  • Updating organizational charts
  • Assist managers, recruiters and HR Business Partners in initiating job changes
  • Act as internal expert on Workday workflow
  • Assist managers and Talent Acquisition team with onboarding
  • Support HR team with projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) OR equivalent work experience; High School Diploma required
  • 1+ years of HR support experience including onboarding
  • Workday WORKFLOW experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HR and compensation principles and practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
