Our client is a leading manufacturer in the world of FMCG with offices throughout the MENA region. They are creating a new HR Business Partner position for the Sales and Marketing department. This is an exciting role as you will be part of something new and be responsible for establishing processes and systems.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 6 years of HR experience at a managerial level, having managed an entire business entity. We prefer candidates from a commercial environment rather than manufacturing. You must be willing to work in RAK and travel at least 3 times per month. This is a hands-on role, developing and implementing processes across the region. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as you will need to present ideas to teams, engage employees, and manage the change process diplomatically.
