We believe the right candidate has relevant HR experience with hands-on experience, preferably in a fast-paced MNC and project environment. You should have a proven track record on providing guidance and inputs on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Someone that has passion in driving results and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders on country level as well as across functions will be able to build strong partnership to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
