KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A summary of the key responsibilities of the HRBP role includes but is not limited to:

  1. Actively coach and be a thought partner with senior managers on all aspects of the people agenda geared at maximizing performance and business results.
  2. As HR's capability develops in people analytics, you will provide data-driven people and organizational insights for decision making. To that end, this position is required to design and implement an HR scorecard for the UAE business.
  3. Proactively build a network of internal and external contacts within the industry to facilitate the delivery of key objectives in the most efficient and appropriate manner possible.
  4. Building trust and credibility with teams to coach, support, and direct as appropriate in finding the right solution to their needs.
  5. Support and develop business leaders in the identification of talent. Provide guidance and advice on action plans to support retention and development of high-potential individuals, and in conjunction with the business, develop robust succession plans with actions clearly identified and planned for.
  6. As an employee advocate, the HRBP plays an integral role in organizational success through knowledge and advocacy of people.
  7. Fostering effective methods of goal setting, communication, and empowerment through responsibility, the HRBP builds employee ownership of the organization by establishing the org culture and climate in which people have the competency, concern, and commitment to business success.
  8. Be the key liaison for HR functions, such as Global Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Employment Legal, Global Mobility, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, etc. to ensure the populations you manage are joined up with global processes and best practices are implemented on-site as appropriate.
  9. Implement and ensure smooth delivery of annual talent, performance management, and compensation cycles, whilst focusing on helping upskill people manager populations on these topics.
  10. Lead, advise, and guide the scoping and implementation of any organizational restructure initiatives, providing challenge and insight to the wider business strategic direction and business unit goals.
  11. Partner with leaders, internal stakeholders, and committees to drive and embed Company Culture and values initiatives, and sustainability agendas.
  12. Annual forecasting and budgeting partnering with internal stakeholders like finance & global teams.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  2. 3 - 5 years HRBP experience, with a proven track record in strategic human resources planning and execution.
  3. Experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  4. Ability to engage with the business and understand their goals and needs.
  5. You are service-oriented, pragmatic, collaborative, and a strong communicator.
  6. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
