HR Business Partner

Role Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team providing expert HR guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in the crypto/blockchain industry and proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
2. Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management.
4. Support recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
5. Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
7. Conduct regular HR metrics and analysis to inform decision-making.
8. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
9. Assist with other projects as assigned.

Key Requirements:

1. Industry Experience: Proven experience in the crypto/blockchain industry.
2. Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
3. HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Adaptability: Able to handle stress and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
7. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership.
8. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
