Job Description

The key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of top talent for our portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with our values and culture.
• Support in implementing a new HR Information System and handling employee training.
• Create and conduct employee inductions to ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
• Provide guidance and support in employee relations, performance management, and learning opportunities.
• Create and lead initiatives that aim to foster a culture of inclusiveness and positivity in alignment with the company values.
• Support the development of HR processes with the customer experience in mind to ensure a simple yet effective experience for our people.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Be open and proactive in getting involved in projects/tasks aimed at ensuring an effective, robust, and supportive HR function for our employees in both locations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be:

• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with people at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
• Commitment to acting in alignment with the company's values of innovation, integrity, and impact at all times.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Experience working with startups or venture-backed companies is a plus.
