Responsibilities :
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and facilitating new hire orientation sessions.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate documentation for payroll submissions.
Help coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures in a timely manner.
Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Contribute to the maintenance of HR policies and employee handbook updates.
Requirements
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
