Position Title:

HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
2. Provide day-to-day HR support on employee relations.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as work pass applications and documentation.
4. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational efficiency.
5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
6. Manage employee records and maintain HR systems.

Requirements:

1. A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in an HR role.
3. Basic knowledge of HR processes.
4. Familiarity with local labour laws is beneficial.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
