We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with experience in healthcare organization to join our team and support our HR department in creating a seamless and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR database is up-to-date.
Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Manage employee benefits, attendance, and leave records.
Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
Provide support in preparing HR reports and other administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a healthcare HR administrative role or relevant field.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
