We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and managing candidate communications.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development activities.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Help coordinate employee relations activities and events.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role in the UAE is a MUST.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
