HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant, your duties will involve the following:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
2. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and employee records.
3. Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
4. Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
5. Monitor attendance and assist with salary calculations, deductions, and leave records.
6. Ensure timely communication of payroll-related data to the finance team.
7. Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
8. Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
9. Collaborate with the HR team to execute strategic HR initiatives.

The successful HR Assistant will be offered:

1. 8,000 – 12,000 AED per month basic salary

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
• Excellent customer service.
• Interpersonal skills are essential to be successful.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
