Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Falcon Global General Trading LLC based in Dubai. The role will involve day-to-day HR tasks, including HR Management, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR tasks.
• Utilize HRIS for efficient information management.
• Administer employee benefits and support HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, MBA-HR, or a Master's in HR.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of English.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and dynamic environment.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
• Employment law and compliance knowledge.
