We're seeking a motivated and organized HR cum Operations Manager to join our dynamic Business Center team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations, while also overseeing all HR functions for our staff.
Responsibilities:
HR Management:
Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Employee relations
Maintaining employee records
Overseeing payroll processing (where needed)
Operations Management:
Overseeing daily office operations
Managing facilities and ensuring a professional work environment
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Coordinating with vendors and service providers
Should be able to communication in English, Urdu, and Hindi
Ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and external partners
Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience working in HR and operations management in the UAE
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
