Position Overview:
The HR & Admin Manager will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and administrative operations to support Analah’s growing financial services business. This role requires expertise in hiring for the wealth management, private equity, and real estate sectors, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent while maintaining smooth administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full hiring process from job postings to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and support professional development.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records and manage HR policies and procedures.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Administrative Management: Supervise office administration functions, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Reporting: Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management for decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3-8 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the financial services sector. Experience in the UAE is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership abilities and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices for the wealth management, investment and real estate sector.
