Job Description

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, providing new hires with comprehensive training and support to enhance retention.
• Administer payroll and benefits systems, ensuring accurate and timely compensation while addressing employee inquiries effectively.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting regular audits to maintain organizational standards.
• Support administrative functions, including office management and supply procurement, to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience is preferred, showcasing a progression of responsibilities and achievements.
• Experience in a similar industry, such as technology, healthcare, or retail, will provide valuable insights and context.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset for diverse work environments.
