Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.

We are seeking a talented ,professional and Arabic Speaker HR Analyst to join our team .

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., employee turnover, absenteeism, and compensation trends) to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and metrics to support management decisions.
  • Evaluate salary structures and benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads and line managers to forecast staffing needs, identify talent gaps, and support workforce planning.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies, succession planning, and resource allocation.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
  • Analyze employee engagement survey results and recommend initiatives to boost satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems, including KPI tracking.
  • Assist in designing and executing talent development programs, such as leadership development and succession planning.
  • Identify skills gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to implement tailored training solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR analytics or a similar role.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Preferred Traits: Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
