You will be responsible to assist and support HR departments of Lucy Switchgear FZE and Lucy Middle East in delivering the yearly objectives. You will role report to the HR Business Partner.
Your role will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Role will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing HR data to help streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making.
Assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in addressing employee grievances, including documentation and reporting. Participate in employee disciplinary meetings and recommend appropriate actions based on disciplinary guidelines. Provide guidance and coaching to line managers on all matters relating to people management; continuously developing and enhancing line management capability throughout the business.
Drive employee engagement survey, liaise with senior management for completion of action plans.
Drive the midyear and annual performance reviews process and liaise with senior management on performance review progress. Review completed performance reviews and monitor/action training needs.
Assist in preparing talent plans (including succession, retention, development). Support with employee profiling (9 box grid), assist in talent meeting, support all succession planning, and talent development activities. Support with rollout of job grading.
Support the HR Business Partner in rolling out any HR initiatives/projects.
Any other reasonable and relevant responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Graduate / Masters in Human Resources. Certifications in Data Analytics would be an added advantage. Strong working knowledge of UAE local labor law.
Must have minimum 5 years of work experience in HR Department with knowledge of UAE labour laws, and any HRM systems.
Excellent English communication skills, Microsoft Office. Advanced user of MS Excel. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience in managing people and working in a team.
Proven HR delivery experience that covers the entire employee lifecycle. Self-motivated, able to work independently, meets deadlines and take ownership and accountability for own results. Confident, proactive and ability to drive continuous improvement. Understands own role and responsibilities within team, and works collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective goals and deliver results. Always acts in a professional manner, and is diplomatic, discreet and tactful. Always maintaining confidentiality, understand and respect the sensitive nature of information held.
