Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision making and strategic planning
Maintain HR database and ensure data accuracy
Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR related matters
Assist in employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Stay up to date with HR trends, laws, and regulations
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience
Strong analytical and data management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
