Job description

You can make your mark as an HR administrator officer by providing assistance in various HR aspects related to logistics travel coordination and various administrative tasks for our projects. In this role your primary workplace will be our office in Abu Dhabi from where you will remotely provide support to our projects worldwide.

Your responsibilities as HR Administrator

  • Facilitate travel arrangements for employees including coordinating flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa processing when necessary.
  • Keep record of and communicate all travel arrangements with the involved parties.
  • Assist in managing crew changes for projects ensuring timely and efficient rotation of personnel.
  • Ensure all project employees meet the required training standards of the project (follows up on this proactively).
  • Verify and maintain employee documents and records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal/visa requirements.
  • Cover various administrative responsibilities, coordinate and provide assistance on ad hoc tasks.

Your qualities

You can make your mark as an HR Administrator if you have:

  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • A bachelor's degree in a social domain or relevant field.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • The following personality traits: great at prioritizing, proactive, structured, with an optimistic point of view and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Your team: You will be part of the HR team in Abu Dhabi.
  • Full/part-time job: The position of HR Administrator is a full-time job.
