Job description

Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy:

  1. Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management.

Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence:

  1. Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company.

Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data:

  1. Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.

Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed:

  1. Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.

Maintain and update employee records and files in a confidential and organized manner to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date:

  1. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as requested.

Requirements and skills:

  1. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  1. Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
