Job description

A leading household brand is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator with knowledge of payroll processes.

You will be responsible for the HR Administration support for the organisation in the Middle East.

Duties will include:

  1. Managing new starter administration including offer letters, contracts and visa documentation.
  2. Performing reference checks and updating personnel files.
  3. Providing admin support to the compensation and benefits manager.
  4. Processing monthly payroll.
  5. Providing support in grievance proceedings and managing the probation review process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a HR Administrator supporting a large team. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels globally across the business. The role will require you to travel within the Middle East and therefore must hold a passport with no restrictions. Arabic fluency would be desirable.
