Roles & Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning for effective resource utilization / mobilization of additional personnel.
- Sourcing through Job Portals, LinkedIn and coordinating with recruitment agencies.
- Interview Process – Schedule discussions with Managers & Management depending on the hiring category.
- Follow up with managers on technical evaluation forms.
- CNIA Pass requests and submission of necessary documents whenever needed to support.
- Accommodation & Transportation - Management of lease renewals / terminations in a timely manner.
- Regular calls with staff staying in the accommodation and resolving issues.
- Monthly visits to accommodations and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
