Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manpower Planning for effective resource utilization / mobilization of additional personnel.
  2. Sourcing through Job Portals, LinkedIn and coordinating with recruitment agencies.
  3. Interview Process – Schedule discussions with Managers & Management depending on the hiring category.
  4. Follow up with managers on technical evaluation forms.
  5. CNIA Pass requests and submission of necessary documents whenever needed to support.
  6. Accommodation & Transportation - Management of lease renewals / terminations in a timely manner.
  7. Regular calls with staff staying in the accommodation and resolving issues.
  8. Monthly visits to accommodations and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
