We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Executive and Secretary to join our team in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee daily office operations, including managing staff schedules, coordinating meetings, handling attendance and billing, and supporting overall office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage labor and visa processes, including renewals and new applications.
Process employee requests such as leave, leave salary, airfare, loans, etc.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital).
Administer various insurance programs, including medical group insurance, workmen compensation, vehicle insurance, PAR, PLL, money, and fidelity coverage.
Ensure smooth coordination of daily office functions, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
Experience in HR and office administration is required.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP or other HR and administrative software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Prior experience in the paper and/or recycling industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
